Splendid hotel
The hotel is located in the historical centre of Barcelona just 600 meters from the Plaza Catalunya, the Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. This is an ideal location for tourist and business travellers. The nearest metro station is Universitat at the top end of the Ramblas. It takes a taxi about 20 mins to drive to the hotel from Barcelona International Airport.

Splendid hotel
The hotel is housed in a modern building (opened in 1998). It is quite a small hotel with only 43 rooms so guests get an individual standard service. The décor and furnishings are stylish and contemporary, rooms are bright and again modern. Overall the standard is good for a simple small hotel and it has a great central location a very short walk from the Ramblas.
